An architect in Hong Kong is turning concrete water pipes into temporary apartments. He calls his design the OPod, and it’s intended to help ease the housing shortage in one of the most expensive cities on Earth.
Using spaces he calls “left over” he can stack these converted pipes and house people in relative comfort.
Can you think of a use for these here in the US?
